Privacy Policy

Effective 9 September 2026. papanda service (papanda.kz).

The original of this policy is in Russian; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The operator is Ruslan Nazarov, an individual and the developer of papanda. For any data-processing question: runaz2007@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed

2.1. Essential cookies (the service does not work without them)

session_id — a random browser-session identifier that links the explanations you create to your browser. It contains no name, email or other information about you.
locale — your chosen interface language.
cookie-consent — your choice regarding optional cookies.

2.2. Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, the following load:

Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, on-page actions, referrer, click map. Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled.
Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, actions, referrer.

Purpose — to understand how the service is used and improve it. Without consent these services are not loaded.

2.3. Content you create

Note text, versions, links and categories are stored on the server and tied to your session identifier. Do not enter personal data (yours or anyone else's) into explanations — creating a public link makes the content publicly accessible.

2.4. Requests to AI models

The text of your query and the explanation being built is sent to third-party AI providers (Cerebras Systems and Groq — USA; Google — USA) to generate the response. Do not include personal data in queries.

2.5. Server logs

The web server automatically records IP address, request time and user-agent string — for security and troubleshooting. Kept no longer than 90 days.

3. Legal bases

Essential cookies and server logs — necessity to provide the service and keep it secure.
Analytics — your consent, given in the cookie banner and revocable at any time (see section 6).

4. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only with the services listed above (Yandex — Russia; Google, Cerebras, Groq — USA) and only to the extent needed for them to function. Cross-border transfer to Russia and the USA is based on your consent. Data is not sold and not shared for advertising with anyone else.

5. Retention

Explanations and related data — until you request deletion. Clearing site cookies in your browser removes your access to previously created explanations; the records themselves may remain in the database until a deletion request.
Analytics data — per Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics rules.
Server logs — up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and revoke analytics consent — by writing to runaz2007@gmail.com. You can also revoke cookie consent by clearing site data in your browser settings. Optional cookies can be managed via the banner shown on your first visit.

7. Data protection

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Server access is restricted. The service uses no registration or passwords.

8. Changes

The current version is always on this page. The effective date is shown at the top.
